How do I change a belief with dowsing?

by Nancy McKinney
(Sedona, AZ)

I have discovered a belief I have that is more than likely contributing, if not causing some chronic health issues I have. I know there are entire courses for changing belief codes, but I already know what the belief is, and do not need reams of material for discovering what it is. All I want to do now, is change that belief with dowsing.

I have some ideas on how to do this, but would like to hear yours!

Thanks,
Nancy McKinney

Dowsing and what it does NEW
by: Nigel

This is an interesting question as it goes to the heart of what dowsing is all about.
Because dowsing is used in so many way, for so many things, there is an understandable confusion as to what dowsing can or can't do, or where it can or can't be applied.
If, however, you consider that dowsing is used for searching, for finding answers, for gaining information in some form or other, then clearly it cannot be used for applying fixes to anything.
What it can be used for, however, is finding out if a fix has been successfully applied.
The reason for this confusion is, I believe, due to the fact that some 'fixes' are applied while holding a pendulum. The usual approach is to have the pendulum indicate a 'Yes' response when the fix is finished. But, because a pendulum is used, the tendency is to think that it, or dowsing has been used. In fact, the pendulum is only giving a response to a Yes/No question at the end of a process, just like any other dowsing question. Instead of asking the question separately some time later, the dowsing response is sought as soon as possible.
Therefore, my answer is that you can't use dowsing to fix your beliefs, but it can and should be used to check on whether or not a fix of your choice has been successful.
Personally, I deal with beliefs in whichever way dowses best for me. Sometimes, it is EFT, sometimes, it is color, or numbers or anything else. I apply it as best I can, then I check with dowsing that it has worked.
So, in your case, I would dowse which of the methods would be most effective and then apply it. After that I would dowse to see whether or not is had worked (if you couldn't tell any other way).
But, in general, it is the close connection between doing something and dowsing to check whether it is done which has caused the confusion in thinking that dowsing has actually done it.
The states of mind in dowsing and in intention (or applying the fix) are different and are for different purposes.
So, go ahead and do what works best for you and then check, with dowsing, that it has worked.
I wish you great success!
