The answer to that is that it varies tremendously.
It can go from being very close indeed to your body to a huge distance out.
It depends to a great extent on what you are doing at the time of, or immediately before measurement.
The effect of your energy body will, of course, differ from time to time depending on what it is interacting with.
These are interesting areas of research for you to follow.
