Local water witchers NEW

There are, I think, a couple of places you can try. First, try contacting the Canadian Society of Dowsers who are more on the eastern part of Canada.
Secondly, you can contact the Toronto Dowsing group, a fairly big group.
You might also like to make contact with the American Society of Dowers, as they might well have people up near you as well.

The CSD is at www.canadiandowsers.org
The Toronto group is at www.dowsers.info, but it's a crowded site so you might want to contact Marilyn Gang (the organizer) at mgang "at" dowsers.info
The American Society of Dowsers is at www.dowsers.org.
