-------------------------- My Answer: With so little to go on, this is a tricky question to answer. For example, I'm assuming you're dowsing over the same spot each time? If so, then are you in the same frame of mind each time? Are you more tired one time than another? Never ignore the possibility that water is there one day and not the next. It would depend on the underground layout, the weather and so on. Are you asking the same question each time, dowsing in the same or different directions, and so on? In other words, there are a huge number of variables which can affect this. Even having someone who is skeptical about the process watching you dowse can put you off. Or, if you dowse after having been with someone who is skeptical. All these things can affect you in one way or another. Another question to ask is, if you are re-dowsing the same spot each time, then why? If you found water the first time, why are you going back to find it again? I'm sorry I can't be more specific, but I hope I've given you some ideas you can follow up on.
