Questions about L-rods
by Keith
Referring to the L Rods turning and facing the same direction. What would this mean? Does it mean a running stream? How can I tell? Also what depth, how much water and what quality of water is being sensed? This stuff is very very interesting, AND EXCITING. =================================== My Answer: For specific movements of the L-rods, it is essential that you do some dowsing for yourself. For example, for some reason if Maggie and I are dowsing the same area, she will always find the start or first edge of a line of whatever (water, faulting, energy and so on) and I will always find the furthest edge. And it's the same concept for you. You need to ask if two rods moving in the same direction mean a flowing stream and they are showing the direction of flow, or whether it's just the edge of a stream or two different underground streams moving in the same direction. Each person is different and has different reactions. The simplest thing to do, in your case, is to sit yourself down and ask (dowse) the questions you have written above. For each one, find out as much as you can. It could be to do with the type of rock the water is going through. It could be to do with the quality of water you are dowsing. It could be to do with flow rate. It could be to do with two or more streams under where you are dowsing, or even a place where two or more streams converge. The possibilities are endless and, for me at least, half the fun of dowsing is finding out what a specific reaction means. The more you do this, the more you become aware of your own dowsing reactions and that, in turn, makes you dowsing more accurate and meaningful in the future. I wish you luck!
