Some can dowse for water, and some can't

Several years ago, I got a telephone call from a land owner in Wyoming. The well driller dowsed a plot of ground on the lower hills. The driller told the land owner water was approx 100 feet
down. After drilling down 100 feet the hole was dry. The driller said he would drill another 10-15 feet because at this point there was no water. After drilling an additional 15 feet the hole was still dry. You guessed it NO WATER.
The land owner called me knowing that I could dowse for water.
My wife, my brother and I went to Wyoming to dowse for him.
When we arrived We were shown the dry hole that the driller said had water.
I went to the car and got my dowsing rods. I walked several hundred feet trying to locate water. You're right, NO WATER.
I started to walk NNW and try to pick up an aquifer. Knowing that in Utah, Idaho and parts of Wyoming the water runs SSW. Some places the water runs NNE. At approx 1000 feet I located an aquifer, the water running SSW. I followed the aquifer, checking the depth, off and on.
If I could find where the aquifer made an instant drop I would have a artesian well. Sure enough, about 600 feet up and 120 feet down I located water.
I called my brother to come and verify it. He held the rods nothing happened. We marked the right spot. They drilled and now they have an artesian well giving the all the water they need.
To this day the water is still flowing.
My brother does not have the right chemical in his body to dowse.
I travel all over to dowse. I can dowse for people both living and dead.
I enjoy dowsing. My dad taught me when I was 12. I am a little older now. I have a bobber to give me the depth. I can travel in my car and tell where water is. I can also tell which way the water is flowing. Or the quality of water.
