The Ultimate Dowsing Course certainly does have a lot of information about how to ask questions. There's a whole audio CD in the course dedicated to just that topic as well as many other examples in the workbook.
The real key, I think, to the whole question thing is to use your dowsing on a wide range of topics. That way, you don't get stuck on asking only one type of question, or only ask it about one area, and it keeps you on your toes, keeps you fresh, so you have to think carefully about the question.
That's why we've put together a large number of different dowsing exercises in the course, to give as much opportunity as possible to expand your dowsing experience. There are sample questions on the audio and also in the workbook, which will encourage you to see how you can build a question up to where it's going to give you a helpful and accurate answer.
