Tub stopper pendulum MAGIC!!!

I was fiddling with my tub stopper (drain plug with a chain) Wednesday evening because the chain had come loose from the plug. After about 5 minutes of messing with it, I was finally able to reconnect the chain to the plug.
I was doing this at my dining room table around 6:30 pm. I thought to myself "hmmmmm... I wonder if I can get an accurate answer out of this tub-stopper", while laughing at myself at the same time.
I asked the question, "If I buy a Classic Ohio Lottery ticket for tonight's drawing will I win any money at all?" The tubstopper rotated counter-clockwise which is a "no" answer for me. I then asked if I bought a Powerball ticket for tonight's drawing would I win any money at all. The tubstopper rotated clockwise which is a "yes" answer for me.
I figured, what the hell, I'll go buy the Powerball ticket just in case the answer was correct. Lo and behold, I checked my ticket and had won $ 9.00 by getting the correct powerball number (the red ball).
I laughed so hard that I almost fell out of my chair!
The Powers That Be have a sense of humor!!!
