What does it mean when the rods spin?

There is an area in my home where the rods spin; the right rod spins counter-clockwise and the left spins clockwise. Do you have an explanation?

Spinning rods NEW

Hmmmmm, that could be for a number of reasons.
It would help a lot if I knew what your normal response was to various dowsing targets.
However, I'll do my best to answer.
Basically, the rods will probably spin to show a movement, an energetic movement, in the area. The fact that they don't both do the same thing might simply be down to which hand is dominant when you dowse.
The spinning movement might also be because of your reaction to the area, making you tense up on one side more than the other and hence the spinning effect. But, in either case the rods are reacting differently to what you would expect. At least that is what I gather from your question.
The next thing you need to do now is to dowse and find out what it might be about.
For example, you might find that it is a positive thing. Or, it could be negative for some reason. Maybe there's a water source below, or an old burial ground and you're over a grave (don't worry, it can all be cleared if this is the case). Perhaps it is something else, like a reaction to a new piece of furniture or artwork or a gift someone gave you recently.
The important thing is to do some detective work and then you'll have your answer!!
